DELIVERY

Purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive, unless you have chosen an alternate shipping method. You will receive an email from Blast Cult when your order has been confirmed.

Your order will be shipped Royal Mail unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Blast Cult cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Changed your mind? For up to 15 days, we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on our website for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), email info@blastcult.com with your order number and the item you wish to return/exchange. Blast Cult will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted 15 days, we will then refund your original form of payment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We handle exchanges the same as returns. If you wish to exchange an item(s), email info@blastcult.com with your order number and the name of the item you wish to exchange. Blast Cult will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange and ship you your new item.

Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a return email to notify you about the return.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES

All orders are shipped out of London. We do our best to ship orders promptly. Please be patient.
• Royal Mail (ParcelForce Worldwide) – Shipments vary upon what country it’s going to. Usually about a maximum of 5-10 business days.
• For faster shipments, please select the courier option.

Domestic

Rates are based on UK addresses. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed.

USA, Europe and International

International items ship in five business days excluding foreign customs processing.

Taxes will be included in your order however, no additional duties will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your country’s local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. We hold no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

Please note: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United Kingdom. Because these laws and fees can change over time, Blast Cult encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. Blast Cult does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. Blast Cult will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

DUTY, VAT AND OTHER FEES

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Blast Cult holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Blast Cult. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Blast Cult delivers these items to the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
